Understanding your Loan

As a Susie Mae loan borrower, it is important for you to be sure that you understand the terms and conditions of your loan. Your loan terms and rights and responsibilities are defined in your Master Promissory Note.

Making Payments

Susie Mae has partnered with two student loan servicers - EdFinancial and Granite State Management and Resources (GSM&R).  This means that you will be working with one of our servicer partners for the repayment of your Susie Mae loan(s).  All repayment activities - making payments, requesting deferment or forbearance, requesting payment histories or payoff amounts - are handled through your servicer.  You should have already received communication from the servicer of your loan.  Contact your loan servicer for any information about your loan.
